Alta Vista Elementary PTA

Please complete and submit if you are personalizing your 2010-2011 Alta Vista yearbook.

Here you can order membership, t shirts, emergency kits, Wildcat Supplies (pencils, erasers, stickers) yearbooks, etc.  Print and submit your completed form to the PTA Mailbox or save the trees if paiyng with credit card by emailing your completed form to president@altavistapta.org

It is with great regret that we announce the 2010 Yearbooks will not arrive before the end of the school year. 
 
The publishing company will ship the yearbooks directly to the homes of anyone who pre-ordered a yearbook.  Alta Vista PTA is absorbing the cost of this shipment so that you have your yearbook as soon as possible.   Please notify us of any address change, or if you're expecting to move within the next month.
