FUTURE REFLECTIONS PROGRAM THEME
The National PTA is looking for a theme for its next Reflections Program. A student's suggestions for the theme ideas may be sent to the California State PTA by the individual student or by a local PTA/PTSA. The theme may include a wide variety of subjects that will appeal to students in preschool through grade 12. The winning student will receive $100 and recognition at the National PTA Convention held in June. See www.capta.org for more information.

2008 - 2009 Theme: “Wow!”
The Reflections Program is an opportunity for you to discover, celebrate and express yourself through the arts.
Do you like photography, film, composing, drawing, writing, dancing, painting, singing, or all of the above? Here is a chance for your talents to be recognized. The national PTA organization gives out 12 Awards of Excellence in each arts area: three awards in each of the four grade divisions.
The Award of Excellence recipients receive a $200 cash award and a silver-plated Reflections medallion. Award of Merit recipients receive a silver-plated Reflections medallion.
You may enter one piece of work per category. Remember, this has to be your creation. Bring your imagination to life! Enter a work of art that reflects this year’s theme: “WOW…”
ENTRY DEADLINE: “WOW”… November 5th, 2008. Rules, FAQ, and other forms are in the Downloads directory along with the Student Entry Form.
